- cancelation: Cancel 48 hours or more in advance: Clients who fail to cancel within the window may be subject to a 50% service fee. This is intended to compensate the stylist for the lost time and potential income from the appointment. Exceptions made for emergencies only - Late clients: Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their appointment time shortened or, in some cases, be asked to reschedule. This is because accommodating late clients can disrupt the schedules of both the stylist and subsequent clients.
